Introduction :Since from the ancient times human body is described in different ways by different people of different region. Our body is built in such a way that it has its own healing capacity. Right from the birth till the end of the life every part of the body is used according to once lifestyle like, in childhood if a child is brought up in a proper way by giving opportunity to play outdoor and indoor games,allow to play with friends, music, dance etc whichever the child wishes to go for along with education.
In adulthood if a person is working as a framer then his life style is different he works with nature, if a person is an software engineer then his life style is different he works physically less no exposure much to the nature or environment, some people sit ideal without doing nothing and no goal in life they spend their day just eating and sleeping such people don’t work either physically or mentally likewise people with different profession such as Teacher, Scientist, police, Doctors, Politicians, Actors etc were some have more physical activities and some have more to work mentally.
Old age is the result of your activities done in your childhood and adulthood some might have good physical and mental health, some might have only good physical health and some may have only good mental health. Having balanced physical and mental health at the end of life is very important.
What and Why is body servicing?
Everybody keeps working from the birth to death so it requires servicing like any other machines after certain time period of working. Let us take few examples like flour mill when it is new it works very well but after few months or years it has to be serviced by changing its belt or by sharpening the grinding stone etc according to its requirement.
In the same way our vehicle when it is new it runs very good but after certain period of time it requires servicing its parts like oiling, greasing, alignments etc according to its requirements then again it runs without any interruption during journey.
Now a day’s servicing our body has become so important because of our change in lifestyle due to which we don’t get pure air to breath, healthy and clean water to drink which contains all the minerals which our body requires. The food we eat today it might be food grains, vegetables and fruits no one is free from pesticides or fertilizers. So we don’t even get the basic requirements like air, water and food for us in pure form.
Servicing our body can be done by following little bit of ayurveda, yoga, by walking, by having good balanced diet, drinking healthy water, singing or listening to music, by dancing, or by gardening etc. people who work with nature like in fields or gardening such people don’t have any serious health problems but people who don’t do much physical activities have health problems.
Few Reasons For Servicing Our Body With My Experience
- When I got conceived for my 2nd baby i was in UK (Newport). In my first trimester i asked doctor in UK to give me some medicines to have a healthy, good looking, smart baby they just told me not at all necessary because when you are healthy then there is no need to take any kind of medicines but for my first baby i took tablets, tonic and injections till 9th month that time I was in India though i did not had any health issues. Here in India every women soon after getting pregnant they start medicines. This made me to think why there is difference of opinion among doctors in UK and India. I am not against our country or against any doctors or medical science in fact I love my country and culture very much than any other person and i am proud to be Indian.
I just want to share my experience to make women’s to be aware of that if we are healthy it is not necessary to take any vitamins or calcium supplements from outside in tablets or injection form. We can just have good healthy food with lots of fruits and vegetables and have good thoughts with your normal routine works. You will definitely have a healthy and smart baby.
There is negative effects of taking the medicines from the start of pregnancy till the end of child’s birth it will effects both mother and child. In earlier days my mother , aunt or any women they did not take any medicines during their pregnancy just they were happy doing their normal routine works and we are born without any health issues here both mother and child are healthyin maximum cases.
Finally I did not take any medicines for my second pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby both we were and we are healthy going great in life.
- I had gone through 3 Caesarean Section in my life. To deliver my first baby , It was me who selected to deliver my child through C Section though i was healthy without any health issues. At that time I did not had the knowledge of negative effects of C Section so there are many women’s like me who are educated but lack the basic knowledge of how to have good health during and after pregnancy.
My second baby delivery was also C Section due to which i had to suffer from Umbilical Hernia. This hernia happened just because of C Section delivery in this kind of delivery women’s abdominal organs become loose due to which they have to suffer many other kind of health issues
Anaesthesia which is given at the lower back or spine during C Section this later in life give rise for sever back pain or lower back pain and other health problems. Due to Umbilical Hernia , In my 3rd pregnancy with twins failed in 9th month were I lost my twin babies after delivery because of not proper growth.
This all happened due to lack of knowledge and wrong decision taken by myself of going for C Section delivery. Later on when I came to know the importance and difference of normal delivery and C Section. I suggested and advised many of my relatives, friends and neighbours to go for normal delivery by sharing my experience and they followed my advice for which they are thankful to me and they are happy and healthy leading life without any health problems.
In normal delivery we need to tolerate the pain for few hours after that lifelong no need to suffer but in C Section we don’t realise any pain but lifelong we have to suffer from some kind of health issues were different women experience different health issues some might have manageable health problems and some might have severe health problems because every human body is different from each other so it reacts differently for medicines. There are very rare cases which recommends for C Section rather than normal but today we see 90% are C Section this is because of our fault, at the begining of pregnancy we don’t make a decision to go for normal delivery and at the time of delivery we will be confused or sometimes get panic to take proper decision. Hence I suggest body servicing is important in today’s life style.
Some of body servicing I follow in my daily routine life which helped me to keep my physical and mental health in good healthy form due to which after my tuboctomy in 2016 , I never had any health issues nor went to hospital not only myself but my both side family members mother home and in laws follow some of my yoga and ayurveda tips due to which even they are maintaining good healthy life.
Yoga and Exercise I follow are:
I usually wake up at 4:00 AM in the morning after fresh up I first drink a glass of warm water with 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice in it. This helps me to improve digestion, skin health, gives energy and keeps me hydrated after few minutes I start my yoga up to 40 to 45 min from Monday to Thursday and Friday , Saturday I do strengthening Exercise like sitting on toes and cleaning the floor for 15 to 20 min so that it strengthens all hands and legs muscles. Sunday is holiday for yoga and early wake up.
- My eye sight number is high due to which without spectacles I can’t recognise people from normal distance but after doing eye exercise I can recognise and even do to some extent all my routine works without spectacles
Four types of eye exercise are
- Blink the eyes for fifty times.
- Upward and Downward movement of eye balls for fifteen counts without the neck movement.
- Movement of eye balls extreme left and extreme right for fifteen counts.
- clockwise and anti clockwise rotation of eyeballs for twenty counts each rotation.
Head Movement
- Upward and Downward movement of head for fifteen counts.
- seeing right side and left side for fifteen counts.
- clockwise and anti clockwise head rotation for twenty counts each.
This helps to reduce neck and shoulder pain.
I do some tapping exercise like
- I tap with tips of my fingers at the centre of my head for a minute. This helps to improve sleep, improve memory and get good and creative thoughts.
- Forehead tapping for a minute in upward direction helps to stop headaches and migraine problems.
- Tapping around cheeks and chin for a minute helps to improve good blood circulation, get glowing skin and also helps to stop wrinkles on face.
- Stretching the ear edges for a minute helps to improve the brain activities in positive way like improve understanding, grasping capacity of a person.
- Clapping on the foot by sitting with folded legs for two minute this helps for good blood circulation , release stress and good mood booster.
- Sevendifferent types of clapping with both hands for six to seven minutes helps to improve nerves problems, improve blood regulation, if any organ in the body became inactive then this clapping exercise will make such organs active. If any old person is not able to go for walking, can’t do much movements he can sit and do this exercise.
- Pranayama for ten minutes both Anulom Vilom is alternative nostrils breathing exercise for five minute and breathing from both nostrils for five minute this strengthens the lungs, improve the skin glow, helps to reduce stress, keeps eye healthy etc.
- Chanting OM for fifteen counts helps to improve psychological well being and improve concentration helps to control your anger, brings peace calmness to your mind.
- Closing ears with finger tips and chanting humming this is bhramari for seven to eight counts. This reduces the confusion and makes mind clear with decision helps mentally to be fit and healthy
- Walking for ten minutes.
Ayurveda I follow
- It is better to eat vegetables rather to drink juice, vegetables can be taken along with foods but fruits should be ate independently. Children’s below 16 years should be given vegetables to eat rather than juice. Eating vegetables and fruits helps to improve the immunity , a person will not fall sick very oftenif he falls sick he will recover soon . There are many health benefits use them according to your needs with the advice of dietician
- If there is cold and cough have 1garlic clove smashed with little jaggery make small roll have it before twenty minutes to bed.
- Who suffer from urinary infection, respiratory problem, back pain , lower back pain or itchy skin can take a cup of bitter gourd juice and should stop eating oil fried items, sugar, Maida, chapati and rice till the health problem is cured completely. Instead of rice and chapati you can take millets, after complete cure you can reintroduce the stopped food items slowly and limited in your diet.
- Any kind of basic skin problems you can use coconut oil with pinch of turmeric powder mix and make paste apply on the affected area.
- Ajwain or carom seeds are used to stomach upset or indigestion problems.
People who are busy with their work and don’t get time for yoga, exercise or to follow ayurveda such people can even have good health just by eating maximum home cooked foods , limit eating foods like oil fried items, Maida, sugar and try maximum to finish the dinner by 7 PM
Try not to use any kind of packed foods or food items like wheat flour, jowar flour, chilli powder or cooking oil because these contain the preservatives and colouring agents which are very harmful for health so bring them from the flour mill and oil mill.
Fruits and vegetables should be soaked in warm water for twenty minutes before the use this helps to remove the chemical fertilizer sprayed on them. These small changes will make you free from so many dangerous health issues and you will definitely experience a wonderful change in your life.
Conclusion:Our health is whole and sole our responsibility to maintain in a good condition. Nobody force us to eat or drink unhealthy food items , It is our wish or decision to eat healthy or unhealthy so it is not necessary to blame Doctors, medical science or the system. We all together make the system hence if we individual take proper decision to be healthy then we can start to lead a happy and healthy life style within a year. No need to wait for someone to change the system or rules for us to be healthy. I personally have lot of faith, trustor believe in yoga and Ayurveda because it has almost solved all my health problems, even today it is helping me to bring up my family in a health way. I request all to share their experience of health problems which are recovered from yoga and Ayurveda because there are many people who require a proper solution to their health issues. Our solutions might be useful to anyone to solve their health related problems. Today technology has made so easy to share the information and reach to any person anywhere in the world.
